The pakistan cabinet has approved measures to tighten controls on pesticide imports as part of the government's policy on improving product quality.the amendments,proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture (Agrow No 441,P 19),will impose additional checks on imports adn prohibit the bulk sale of pesticides by importers to distributors for formulation.
