Monsanto and Dow AgroSciences have reached a non-exclusive global option and licensing agreement covering Dow’s Exzact Precision Technology platform. The deal encompasses research and commercial development of new crop solutions across Monsanto’s research portfolio. Dow has developed the gene insertion technology for plants under an exclusive licence and collaboration with US genomics firm Sangamo BioSciences.
