The Dutch bioproducts company, Koppert Biological Systems (Berkel en Rodenrijs), has acquired certain microbial biopesticides from Swedish firm Lantmannen BioAgri (Uppsala). Koppert gains products, registrations and intellectual property while the two companies have agreed to form a partnership covering research and development and marketing.
