摘要

Highly substituted isoquinolinium salts are valuable and versatile intermediates for synthetic organic chemistry and are widely utilized for the construction of various natural products and bioactive molecules. The traditional methods for the synthesis of isoquinolinium salts from isoquinolines and alkyl halide derivatives is limited by the number of substituted isoquinolines that are readily available.
