Halliburton and El Paso Corp. said they have teamed up for the first commercial deployment of a suite of environmentally friendly hydraulic fracturing technologies at a natural gas well operated by El Paso in North Louisiana. Among other things, the CleanSuite technologies developed by Halliburton uses a fracturing fluid comprised of ingredients sourced from the food industry.
