Mexico's President Felipe Calderon says he will make one more attempt to reform state owned Pemex along the lines of Brazil's partly-privatized Petrobras. Calderon said he will introduce a bill when Congress reconvenes after its summer break in September "My plan is to try another legal reform in order to modernize Pemex in a way similar to what Petrobras did 10 years ago," the Mexican president said in an interview with Bloomberg TV Tuesday.
