Two UK-based companies, RigQuip Drilling Services and International Drilling Equipment, have merged. The two companies announced the creation of the new com pany at the Offshore Technology Conference 2011 in Houston. The new company will be called RiqQuip International, with directors Mark Robertson and Craig Fraser each owning 50%.
