UK industry warned Friday that climate change policy is making energy prices un- competitive. According to analysis published by manufacturers' organization EEF (formerly the Engineering Employers Federation), UK energy prices for energy-intensive manufac- turers were about 10% higher than Germany's in 2010 and will be 15% higher by 2013.
