Iraq's February formula price for term crude exports to Asia relative to competing Saudi crude sank to yet another low, slipping under levels that were already the lowest in years. The Basrah Light term differential fell by another 25￠/bbl against Saudi Arab Medium crude in February -- the fifth consecutive month Basrah has fallen. Iranian and Kuwaiti term crude formula prices, on the other hand, tracked Saudi levels.
