Further complicating Kuwait's efforts to reach its future oil and gas production targets, financing challenges continue to delay progress at its Jurassic gas project, multiple insiders tell International Oil Daily. "We are drilling a lot of wells, but there are some delays on the facilities," says a top Kuwaiti oil official. "The contractor is going through a big problem, and is trying to resolve its internal problem," the official added.
