The head of Russia's state-controlled oil major Rosneft, Igor Sechin, cancelled his African tour and instead met with Mozambique's Foreign Minister Oldemiro Baloi in Moscow on Tuesday. The oil company said the sides discussed a wide range of issues, including Rosneft's possible participation in upstream projects in Mozambique, which holds mainly gas resources with current production standing at 4 Bcm a year.
