London-listed explorer IGas Energy has agreed to buy out Australian independent Dart Energy in an all-share deal which will create one of the UK's largest shale gas companies. IGas will acquire the entire issued share capital of Dart, valuing the company at approximately A$211.5 million ($198.1 million) and Dart's shareholders with take approximately 30.5% of the enlarged company on a fully diluted basis.
