Iraq's semiautonomous Kurdish region wants to renegotiate the terms of its oil export agreement with Baghdad, claiming that the central government failed to pay agreed budgetary sums, the Kurdish Rudaw newspaper reported. "Baghdad did not stick to the deal," Rudaw reported Nechirvan Barzani, the prime minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), as saying. "We want to sign a new deal with Baghdad as some of the articles need to be changed," he said.
