Exxon Mobil said Wednesday it has begun production at the Erha North Phase II project offshore Nigeria, boosting the country's production volumes and cash flow to its coffers. The news came as Nigeria's top oil man pledged to revisit the terms of the offshore production sharing contracts (PSCs) signed with "some" international oil companies (IOCs), with a view of getting a better deal for Nigeria.
