Nord Stream 2 AG, the operator of Gazprom's project to build a 55 Bcm/yr offshore pipeline from Russia to Germany, insists the scheme complies with relevant regulations in response to critics who suggest that the EU can legally apply its internal antimonopoly rules to parts of the pipeline.
