Gunvor said Wednesday it had secured $200 million in project financing to upgrade its 88,000 b/d refinery in Rotterdam. The Geneva - based trader, which completed its acquisition of the plant from Kuwait Petroleum International in February, said the credit facility was oversubscribed by almost 40% ( IOD Feb.8'16 ). The lending banks are ABN Amro, ING, Rabobank, Raiffeisen and Societe Generale.
