Trading sources tell International Oil Daily that Libya's eastern national oil company is seeking to take a 100,000 ton cargo of fuel oil from a trader for delivery at Tobruk. Dubai-based Endofa is said to be supplying the cargo via the Baltic Captain 1 tanker to the eastern port city. The vessel was expected to arrive late on Wednesday, sources said, and shipping data showed it sailing toward Tobruk as IOD went to press. Calls to Endofa and the tanker's operator, Columbia Ship Management, went unanswered.
