UK-based Kentz has acquired South African engineering player RNE Engineering and Projects for around US $10.1m. Kentz chief executive Hugh O'Donnell said the acquisition will allow Kentz to offer an expanded range of engineering, procurement and construction contracts throughout southern Africa.
