Karoon Gas Australia reports that the contingent reserves range for the Kangaroo discovery in the Santos Basin offshore Brazil has significantly increased following the integration of new core analysis and reservoir fluid data. The new best estimate contingent resource of 135m bbl of oil for the structure nearly doubled the previous estimate of 73m bbl.
