A team of ex-Augusta Resource executives have been given the chance to run a ruler over three of Yamana's Brazilian assets and one of its Argentinian projects for a year, as the company weighs up the future of its "non-core" assets. The subsidiary, to be 100%-owned by Yamana and called Brio Gold, would hold the Fazenda Brasileiro, Pilar and C1 Santa Cruz assets in Brazil, the Agua Rica project in Argentina, as well as some related exploration concessions.
