Fortuna Silver aims to make a construction decision on its recently-acquired Lindero gold project in Salta province, Argentina, by May 2017, CEO Jorge Ganosa said. Lindero, which the company acquired in July as part of its C$129 million (US$98 million) acquisition of Goldrock Mines, is an 18,750 tonne per day openpit heap leach project that will produce an estimated 108,000 ounces per annum of gold during its first nine years of operation.
