摘要

In this work, a full surface coverage CH3NH3PbI3 layer is achieved by controlling the growth mechanism of crystals according to the Stranski-Krastanov mode. This pin-hole free perovskite layer is achieved from a one-step solution process at low temperature (100 degrees C) and short time (20 s) which provides the means for the fabrication of highly efficient flexible devices. As a result, perovskite solar cells (PSC) with 15.01% power conversion efficiency (PCE) on a glass substrate and 11.25% PCE on a flexible substrate (PET) are fabricated by the applied method.
