摘要

Shandong— UOP's C3 and C4 Oleflex processes have been selected by Shandong Chambroad Petrochemicals Co. for a plant that will be the first in China, and only second in the world, to produce both propylene and isobutylene in a single unit. The project, to be built in Binzhou City, Shandong Province, will have the capacity to produce 133,000 t/y of propylene and 87,000 t/y of isobutylene. UOP will provide the engineering design, technology licensing, catalysts, adsorbents, equipment, staff training and technical service. Production is scheduled to begin in 2014.
