Paris-Total, through its wholly-owned PetroFina affiliate, has signed an agreement to acquire ExxonMobil's 35% interest in their Fina Antwerp Olefins joint venture.The transaction, for which details were not given, is subject to the approval of the European competition authorities, and will make Total the sole owner.
