Moscow- Sibur Holding and Siberian Business Union have signed an agreement for the sale of a 100% interest in Sibur Fertilizers, pending approval by Sibur's board of directors.Companies included in the sale are Azot, Angarsk Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant and Biysk Railcar Repair Enterprise. It does not include Perm-based Mineral Fertilizers.
