Wilmineton— The U.S. District Court of Delaware has ordered Gevo to "maintain status quo" and "not deliver, provide, distribute, ship, release or transfer in any way bio-based isobutanol produced at Gevo's Luverne facility" in Minnesota until the court reaches a decision on Butamax's pending request for a preliminary injunction (PCN, 28 May 2012, p 2).
