Baghdad-KBR has received a contract from First Global Co. for a revamp of the North Fertilizer Plant in Baiji, Iraq.KBR will provide a license for its ammonia technology and related engineering services to increase the plant's capacity to 120% of the original design. The plant was started up in 1989 and designed to produce 1,000 t/d of ammonia.
