Moscow-Si-bur and Gazprom are discussing the joint construction of a polypropylene (PP) plant in Omsk, Russia, at the site of a PP plant being built by Titan, Interfax reported.NPP Neftekhimiya, an existing joint venture of the two companies, currently has 100,000 t/y of PP capacity (PCN, 13 Sept 2010, p 1). The partners earlier said they were considering an expansion to 150,000 t/y.
