Houston-Enterprise Products Partners has launched a supplemental binding open commitment period to determine additional shipper demand capacity on the size of the Aegis pipeline system (PCN, 18 Mar 2013, p 4). The 270-mile system will transport purity ethane from Enterprise's Mont Belvieu, Texas, liquids storage complex to petrochemical producers in Texas and Louisiana.
