Rolle-Ineos Europe AG said it has completed supply and infrastructure agreements that will secure a "significant" volume of ethane feedstock from the U.S. for use in its European crackers complexes. A long-term agreement has been reached with Range Resources - Appalachia LLC for the lifting of ethane from the Marcus Hook., Penn., facility from 2015. The agreement is effective upon Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approval of the Mariner East project. Range Resources will act as the anchor shipper on the Mariner East project, which aims to transport ethane and propane to Sunoco's Marcus Hook terminal.
