摘要

Jakarta—Pertamina and Chandra Asri have decided not to proceed with plans for a joint venture to build and operate a polypropylene (PP) facility in Indonesia (PCN, 17 Dec 2012, p 1). The two companies last year signed a memorandum of understanding to conduct a feasibility for a 250,000-t/y PP plant to be built in Balongan, Indonesia. The project was dependent on the formation of a joint venture to be owned 51% by Pertamina and 49% by Chandra Asri.
