Sao Paulo-Flour Corp. and Sao Paulo-based Construcap have formed CFPS Engenharia e Projetos SA as a new joint venture to provide engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services in Brazil. CFPS will combine Construcap's "notable growing and sustained presence in Brazil" and Fluor's project execution leadership, Fluor said, adding that Construcap has been active for nearly 70 years and is "one of Brazil's largest construction companies." Financial and other terms of the joint venture were not disclosed.
