Glasgow— Polimeri Europa UK Ltd., part of the Versalis group, is planning to expand its Grangemouth, Scotland, synthetic rubber production capacity. Jacobs Engineering Group said it received a contract from Polimeri to provide engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services to support "a major expansion" at the Grangemouth plant.
