San Antonio—Ineos Chairman James A. (Jim) Ratcliffe was awarded the 17th annual Petrochemical Heritage Award during the American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers' 2013 International Petrochemical Conference in San Antonio, Texas. Established by the Chemical Heritage Foundation (CHF) and the Founders Club in 1997, the award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the petrochemical community, inspire achievement and promote public understanding of the modern sciences, industries and economies.
