Shanghai—Air Liquide has begun construction on a nearly ?25-million Shanghai Research & Technology Center (SRTC) in the industrial park of Xinzhuang, in Shanghai, China. The new SRTC will ultimately house 200 employees-including researchers, experts in customer applications and business development teams—to contribute to the acceleration of the group's innovation in Asia-Pacific, Air Liquide noted. Operations will begin at the end of 2015.
