Sichuan—Wison Engineering said the 300,000-t/y linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) plant in the PetroChina Sichuan Integrated Petrochemical and Refinery Complex in China has come on stream, marking the successful operation of all six projects in the complex undertaken by Wison (PCN, 25 Mar -1 Apr 2013, p 4). The complex, based around a 10-million-t/y refinery and 800,000-t/y ethylene plant, involves 19 main units.
