Chalmette— ExxonMobil and PDVSA have reached an agreement to sell their equally-owned Chalmette Refining LLC joint venture to PBF Energy Inc. for $322-million. The agreement involves the 189,000 b/d Chalmette refinery and chemical production facilities near New Orleans, La., as well as a 100% interest in MOEM Pipeline LLC and 80% interest in Collins Pipeline Co. and T&M Terminal Co. Chalmette's chemical production includes benzene, paraxylene and propylene.
