Houston—The International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers (IISRP) has named Juan Ramon Salinas as managing director and chief executive of the association to succeed James L. McGraw, who announced his retirement last August (PCN, 11 Aug 2014, p 2). Salinas will officially take over on 1 July. Following a three-month transition period, McGraw will continue to serve but in an advisor capacity to the executive committee for the next year.
