Leverkusen-Covestro, formerly Bayer MaterialScience, on 18 Sept. said it plans to offer shares for between ?26.50 and ?35.50 in an initial public offering (IPO). The company is looking to raise about ?2.5-billion to pay down debt that Bayer transferred to Covestro, according to Reuters.
