Houston- Audubon Engineering Solutions, an engineering, procurement and construction management firm, has established a new Center of Excellence to serve petrochemical and refining companies along the U.S. Gulf Coast. The new center will focus its services on small to mid-capital petrochemical and refining projects and establishing alliance programs. Its primary execution centers will be located in La Porte, Texas, and Baton Rouge, La., with additional support coming from Houston, Texas, as well as Metairie and Covington, La.
