Oslo— Yara International, through its wholly-owned Yara UK subsidiary, has agreed to sell its 50% interest in the GrowHow UK joint venture with CF Industries to CF for a total enterprise value of $648-million. GrowHow has two production facilities at Ince and Bill-ingham in the UK, with a combined production capacity of about 800,000 t/y of ammonia, 1.1-million t/y of ammonium nitrate and 500,000 t/y of compound NPK.
