Bangkok— Indorama Ventures has concluded the acquisition of Bangkok Cable Co.'s 94.91% equity stake in Bangkok Polyester Public Co. (BPC), a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) producer in Thailand (PCN, 23 Mar 2015, p1). The acquisition raises Indorama's PET capacity share in Thailand to 58% from 43%. Value of the transaction was not disclosed.
