Binzhou— Shandong Chambroad Holding Co. has successfully commissioned the first combined propylene and isobutylene dehydrogenation facility in China and only the second of its kind in the world (PCN, 30 Apr 2012, p 1). Located in Binzhou, Shandong Province, the plant uses UOP's C3/C4 Oleflex process technology to produce 116,000 t/y of propylene and 104,000 t/y of isobutylene.
