Bucharest— Oltchim, the "largest" producer of chemical goods in Romania, said it will launch a competitive process for the sale of the assets of the companies, grouped in approximately nine bundles (PCN, 18 Apr 2016, p 2). Oltchim, which is currently undergoing insolvency procedures, has three main business units, accounting for 94% of its sales. The units are propylene oxide/polyols, chlor-alkali and oxo-alcohols.
