Critical behaviour of specific heat of Sm_(0.55)Sr _(0.45)MnO_3 manganite near critical point in applied magnetic field up to 5 T, belonging to 3D Gaussian universality class with the critical exponent of specific heat α=0.5 and correlation radius of the magnetic order parameter ν=0.5, is shown.
