London-Oleh Dubyna, the CEO of Ukraine's monopoly oil and gas company Naftogaz Ukrayiny, has resigned and his resignation has been accepted by the country's Cabinet of Ministers, Ukraine's state news agency reported March 3."The Cabinet of Ministers accepted Oleh Dubyna's letter of resignation yesterday," a Ukrainian MP Serhiy Pashynsky was quoted as saying. Pashynsky said Dubyna, who was CEO of Naftogaz since December 2007, resigned voluntarily. Deputy CEO Ihor Didenko will take over as acting CEO.
