London-The UAE's Dragon Oil plans to increase oil output from its Turkmenistan offshore block by 15% this year with 13-15 new wells, and hit an overall output target of 100,000 b/d by 2015, the company said February 21. Dragon, whose output topped 70,000 b/d by the end of 2011, hopes to keep its pro- duction at 100,000 b/d from the Cheleken block in the Caspian Sea and other assets until 2020.
