Singapore-Thailand’s new government expects to finalize a roadmap to reform energy pricing policy before the end of Octo- ber, with energy minister Narongchai Akrase- nee wanting fuel prices to better reflect actual cost. Akrasenee, speaking after a policy meet- ing last Friday, also said adjustments to prices would be made gradually to minimize the impact on consumers, the National News Bureau of Thailand reported.
