London—Puma Energy, a subsidiary of Switzerland- based trading group Trafigura, said Thursday it has opened two oil terminals in Mozambique hoping to create a “strategic storage” hub for the southern African region. Opening of the Bitumen and Fuel Terminals—totaling 115,000 cu m—in the port of Matola has increased Puma Energy’s total storage capacity in Mozambique to 275,500 cu m (some 97,292 mt), it said in a statement.
