MR LALIT RATHI from Pune is in Plastic line since over 25 years. He was earlier in plastic blow moulding and tooling and over a time shifted over to plastic collection and processing . He started a company, Clean Garbage Management Pvt Ltd which gave a different approach to plastic collection, recycling. According to him "Garbage becomes 'goods' after it leaves your home. All plastic garbage, including that which is not picked by rag pickers such as bottles, grocery packets, milk packets, straws, plastic cups, spoons, kurkure/chips packets, has a value, and can be sold to us. They recycle the plastic to make commercially useful products."
